Zumba: An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. Move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves.
Yoga: A practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. Today, most Westerners who do yoga do it for exercise or to reduce stress
Track Training: This run and walk program on the Memorial Field Track is designed to improve your technique and prepare your for a future 5K.
Pilates: A type of exercise in which you perform a series of controlled movements that flow into one another with precision. Focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance.
Drum Fit: This is a choreographed class where participants use drum sticks during this energetic workout which targets the full body! Participants will increase their range of motion while building muscle, increasing blood flow, and improving flexibility.
Tai Chi: This is a practice involving a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing.
