Land Development Code
On November 9, 2023, the City of Taylor adopted a new Land Development Code (LDC) including Zoning, Subdivision, Sign and Historic Preservation regulations. In addition to the LDC, the Council authorized the City Manager to publish a new Engineering Manual that aligns with the LDC. All of the application checklists for development applications have also been published in a new Development Manual. You may find each of these documents at the following links.

Place Type Zoning Change Request
Because all properties within the City of Taylor were rezoned with the adoption of the LDC, City Council has authorized staff to process, free of charge through May 9, 2024, requests from property owners to change their new zoning designation to a different designation.
