Class Descriptions

Zumba: An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. Move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. 

Taylor Track Time: This run and walk program is designed to get you running for fitness and preparing for a future 5K.

Drum Fit: This is a choreographed class where participants use drumsticks during this energetic workout which targets the full body! Participants will increase their range of motion while building muscle, increasing blood flow, and improving flexibility. 

Senior Fit: A stretching class for seniors focusing on the range of motion, strength training, balance work, agility, cardio, and fun!
