The Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide the community a safe and pleasant leisure environment by enhancing quality of life standards and improving maintenance provisions.

Within the Taylor Park System
There are:
  • Seven parks and open spaces totaling 311.97 acres
  • Ten tennis courts
  • Lighted baseball diamonds
  • Hike and bike trails
  • Fishing lakes
  • Playgrounds
  • Picnic areas
  • Wi-Fi available in Taylor Regional Park and Sports Complex, Murphy Park, Robinson Park, Bull Branch Park and Heritage Square.
