The holiday season is in full swing and it has been another successful year in Taylor. I would like to take this time to wish each and every one of you happy holidays and a blessed new year as we embark upon 2017.
December is turning out to be a month filled with exciting activities in our City and a host of events are slated to take place over the next few weeks. Now is a great opportunity to get out and discover all that Taylor has to offer - from the Christmas parade to the Movies in the Park and Third Thursday - there’s a whole lot going on!
Recently, Taylor has had many exciting accomplishment come to fruition including the opening of the newly expanded Williamson County Expo Center, a significant increase in our residential growth rate and a new hotel proposed for the North side of town.
Many of these accomplishments have been at the forefront of the City Council goals and all are prime examples of the positive growth Taylor is seeing. Things are starting to take shape here and City Staff is looking forward to another exciting year of development and expansion for our City.
