2020 Drainage Master Plan
The City of Taylor has a history of flooding and erosion concerns due to inadequate drainage and increased urbanization. The City has contracted Halff Associates to prepare a Drainage Master Plan that will identify projects to more effectively address drainage improvements. As part of the development of the Drainage Master Plan, we are seeking public input to identify areas of flood concern within the City. These areas, in combination with detailed modeling, will be the basis of developing local drainage solutions.
Questions about the study or the public input can be directed to Katherine Smith by email at kSmith@Halff.com or at 512-777-4623.

The Drainage Master Plan Virtual Forum will give residents an understanding of the Drainage Master Plan project and will also give residents an opportunity to provide input that will be used to identify concentrated areas of flooding concerns.
Residents are able to click on a map and provide comments as well as upload photos that our engineering firm will receive in realtime.
You will be required to sign in upon entering the room. The link will be available until 5 p.m. on Monday, November 30.
