Memorial Tree Program

About the Memorial Tree Program
The City of Taylor Parks and Grounds Division sponsors a program of planting trees on all publicly owned land and parks.A memorial tree can be a living remembrance of a loved one or a celebration of a happy event; it provides a sense of belonging and community. There are few other gifts that will be as long lasting as a tree.

For a donation of $150 the city will plant a tree and the donor receives a commemorative certificate and is listed in the memorial registry. For donations of a grove of five or more trees at one time, the donor may purchase a memorial plaque to be placed at the planting location.
