The City Council adopted a Strategic Plan
in 2020 to guide City Staff in developing programs and strategies for the good of the community. Future management of growth issues and budget decisions will be guided by these goals and strategies which will be reviewed and updated annually.

Strategic Facility Plan
In 2017, the City Council commissioned Sledge Engineering, LLC to produce a Strategic Facility Plan for council to use in assessing all city facilities and to evaluate the city infrastructure. This document will be used in planning future facility needs by providing recommendations for short term (5 year) and long term (20 year) capital improvements. .
